Meet Giovanne
With over two decades of experience in social work and a proven track record as a CEO, I bring heart, strategy, and purpose to every space I lead. My journey is built on service, guided by values, and focused on empowering communities and future leaders. This platform is where my story meets my mission — and where inspiration turns into action.
Who I Am
I'm Giovanne Schachere social worker, father of five, and CEO of Mysti's Adult and Family Services. My journey started in South LA, inspired by my mother, Mysti Bluee, whose legacy still guides everything I do. Today, I lead teams across Washington and California to serve families facing homelessness, poverty, and systemic barriers.
What I Do
At Mysti's, we don't just provide services — we create pathways. From housing and reentry support to crisis counseling and equity focused programs, our work is built on one principle: compassion and accountability belong together. Through my blog, op-eds, and The Giovanne Show, I amplify stories that challenge systems, spotlight resilience, and call for lasting change.
