🌍 About Giovanne D. Schachere, MS

Social Worker | CEO | Visionary Leader

I’m Giovanne D. Schachere, a social worker, father of five, and the CEO of Mysti’s Adult and Family Services — an organization committed to transforming lives through housing, behavioral health, and community care.

My journey began in South Los Angeles, shaped by the resilience and compassion of my mother, Mysti Bluee.

Her name, now carried in my company, stands as a tribute to her belief that every life deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope.

From humble beginnings to leading multi-state operations across Washington and California,

I’ve built a mission-driven enterprise that serves hundreds of families each year — individuals overcoming homelessness, poverty, and systemic inequities.

But this isn’t just about service. It’s about changing systems.

Mysti’s is redefining what care looks like — merging clinical integrity with cultural empathy, business excellence with heart.

Beyond my role as CEO, I’m also the creator and host of The Giovanne Show — a social impact talk show amplifying real stories and real solutions from leaders, artists, and everyday people making a difference.

Every conversation, every program, every success story is a reminder that leadership isn’t about power — it’s about purpose.

Because when we stand in our truth, we make space for others to find theirs.

The Journey Behind the Mission

From community care to executive leadership — how service shaped every step of the way.

Before becoming a CEO, I was a frontline advocate — serving youth, supporting families, and building programs in communities where resources were limited but the need was high.

With over two decades in social work, I have mentored at-risk teens, navigated complex systems for underserved families, and fought for housing, education, and mental health access. Those years weren’t just about support — they were about systemic change.

That same commitment drives my leadership today. As CEO of MystiCares WA AND Mysti's California, I lead with heart, clarity, and accountability — focused on creating scalable solutions rooted in compassion and equity.

From courtrooms to boardrooms, my mission has never changed: To serve, to lead, and to uplift.
