Giovanne as Social Worker

Serving people first. Leading with purpose.

For over two decades, I dedicated my life to frontline social work — walking alongside vulnerable communities, advocating for youth, and designing programs that brought real help to real people. Whether mentoring at-risk teens, building housing access initiatives, or standing for mental health equity, my mission was always rooted in compassion and impact.

That experience didn’t just shape my leadership — it defined it. Every decision I make today as a CEO is grounded in the lessons I learned serving those whose voices are too often unheard.

Social Work

Grounded in Community, Driven by Compassion

Two decades of frontline advocacy that shaped my mission to serve and uplift.

Before stepping into leadership, I spent over 20 years in the trenches of social work — mentoring at-risk teens, guiding families through complex systems, and creating programs that delivered real help in real time.

I’ve worked inside schools, shelters, courtrooms, and community centers — places where the needs are urgent and resources often scarce. What I brought wasn’t just support, but advocacy: for housing access, mental health equity, education rights, and human dignity.

Those experiences shaped everything I believe about leadership. I learned that sustainable change doesn’t happen from the top down — it happens alongside the people.

Being a social worker taught me how to listen deeply, act decisively, and fight for outcomes that actually matter. That mission still fuels every decision I make today.

Because leadership should always begin with service.
