Unlocking Every Door: Housing Navigation Training for California and Washington

By Giovanne Schachere | CEO, Mysti’s Adult & Family Services CA and WA

At Mysti’s Adult & Family Services, we know housing access is not just about availability. It is about navigation, referrals, coordination, and knowing how to move through complex systems.

That is why I wanted to share this training beyond the conference setting.

After our workshop at Housing California, it became even clearer that providers, partners, and individuals across California and Washington need practical guidance on how to access housing resources, strengthen referrals, and navigate support systems more effectively.

This training reflects the real-world work we do through Mysti’s Adult & Family Services and the leadership perspective I continue to build through Schachere.com.

It is designed for:

  • Providers and partners looking to make stronger referrals

  • Case managers and systems leaders navigating housing barriers

  • Individuals and families trying to understand what resources may be available

Programs like Section 8 matter, but they are not the only path. Real progress happens when people understand how to identify multiple options, connect across systems, and move with strategy.

If you are looking to better understand housing navigation in California and Washington, this training is for you.

Watch the training below and learn more about how Mysti’s Adult & Family Services and Giovanne Schachere are helping expand access to resources, referrals, and real-world housing solutions
